Although the comments on these reviews are no doubt valid, for the correct hotel location look at the one that is titled Hotel Neruda.....The hotel is in Providencia not where it is shown on the map here..... http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g294305-d304478-Reviews-Hotel_Neruda-Santiago.html gives the correct location.

“Decent hotel but nothing special”

The rooms seem to be a bit run down, but are nicely decorated with a decent bed and a nice small living room area. It is definitely a plus that the rooms are very spacious. Wireless internet was pretty slow and made anything important nearly impossible since it kept timing out on secure SSL connections. Staff was friendly, but nothing... More
