Had some problems with the cleanliness of the room - never a good sign when the sheets are dirty upon check-in. Only stayed 2 nights and was happy to move on. Ate at the restaurant 1 night, nothing special.

Great hotel, good location, great service, I don´t have nothing to claim. The town is wonderful to know and the Colonos del Sur Mirador is the best choice to stay in this town.

Great location, make sure you reserve the top floors so you can enjoy the view over the Llanquihue lake and Puerto Varas in general. Great service. They gave us a chocolate candy for good night. WiFi available. The breakfast was great. The hotel is old but very cozy.

Very beautiful place, the hotel, the nice people there, so quiet and peacefully. The little town Puerto Varas, and the Osorno Volcano all that was wonderful, the only problem there was the forest fires, all the smoke goes to the town. But the Colonos del Sur hotel excellent choice.
