Very nice hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast, good location. Only problem was that the room got too hot at night, even with the window open. The heat could not be shut off.

This hotel was just ok. The rooms and common areas were run down and there was no wifi as advertised. We ended up checking out and into a nicer hotel for not that much more money right away.

We were a group of 8. Hotel was booked through Bunnik tours. Hotel is centrally located only short walk to main shops. View over lake excellent. Breakfast was good especially lemon pie (I know for breakfast!!!). WiFi didn't work very good hit and miss near front desk.

We stayed 3 nights at the Bellavista hotel and had a mixed experience. First the positive part: the location is perfect, right at the lake with great views over the water and the volcanoes in the background.
