“Bad Music Thumping Through the Floors”

Thia place has a bar/ club under it/ next door that has methed-up guys playing terrible eru-techno music that thumps up through the floor and walls until very late. There is not hot water. It costs US $50 for a low-grade hostal room with no toilet paper (only place in Chile I saw that). Two young guys run the place... More
