We stayed here for a couple of nights. This is not a hostel or bed&breakfast like others. It is very small and they share their own kitchen with you. We enjoyed this atmosphere very much and preferred it over an industrial hostal. However, it might not be everybody's cup of tea.

I stayed in the dorm room for six nights. I met numerous people along my visit, as most people stay for one or two days. The breakfasts were elaborate and tasty, and even contained homemad jam. There is a lovely garden with fruit trees, overlooking the sea. Perla is very nice, neat and lovely to talk with.

Senora Perla is the best information center about the area. Besides informations she is able to book the car for you and also inform you about best hostels near, in our case Chiloe Island. We found this hostel a bit too homey and a tad gross. The house seems like it will cave in at any moment, with creaky floors, crooked ceilings, and dusty musty smells.
