we spent 5 nights at hostal willy and really liked it. we had a big room with a spacious bathroom with warm water and heating. the staff was very friendly and got a good breakfast every morning (to pay extra). they even stood up at 6 am in the morning,when we went on the volcano :-))). water was always warm... Before coming to Pucon, we've checked numerous hotels online, but everything seemed quite overpriced. Since we came by car, we took a tour of the town center to search for a decent place to sleep for a reasonable charge. We spent 3 nights at Hostal Willy. It has a great location in the center of town and is very clean and comfortable as a hostal. The staff however were very dissapointing. Renamed Hostal RUKA HUENEY but the same owner and management and location. Family run, well situated, Exceptional value for money, clean and comfortable with a very good breakfast. The room was quite big with cable TV and a good bathroom. It was comfortable. The hosts are extremely helpful. Highly recommended and very good value for money
