The room had an amazing view of Lago Llanquihue and Volcano Osorno, but was not worth the ~CLP100000 that we paid off-season. Room was not particularly quiet - I was woken at 7 am by the walking around of the couple in the room above us. The breakfast was a huge disappointment, consisting of canned fruit, pre-sliced cheese and 4... More

Great facilities at the perfect location. Just in front of the lakeshore, gorgeous view to the Osorno volcano. The Hotel is cozy and the personnel are fantastic. Warm inside and perfect to relax and see the rain outside. My wife and I really enjoy the trip to Frutillar at Ayacara

Small and with varied rooms. Some have poor views, one is wonderful (El Capitaine). Will negotiate on price if not busy. Very friendly and good service (tea in rooms). A good choice. Frutillar is good for a day or 2 stay but usually virtually nothing on in town. More a base for visiting sothern lakes.

This hotel is well located on the shore of Lake Llanhique and is a good base to explore the area. The room was excellent and staff very helpful although this is a small place and with the same family occupying the rest of the hotel we felt at times that we were intruding. Breakfast involved home made cakes, breads and... More

I had the most wonderful stay in this recently renovated hotel. the staff was fantastic and very helpful. The hotel is on a quiet street and you just have to cross the road and you are on the shores of Lake Llanquihue. They are finishing the expansion and adding a new restaurant (Se Cocina) to the hotel. I can't wait... More

My husband, our 17 year old daughter and I explored the Lake Region by rental car and were glad that we had chosen Frutillar as one of our two night stop overs. There are a number of very nice artisan shops in town and we did not tire of exploring the streets and prominade on foot. As we had read,... More

A friend and I stayed 2 nights at the very end of the month, during the Semana Musicale (which was fantastic!), at a cost of US118 per night bed and breakfast in the room Dulcinea, although we had a confirmed reservation for another room Floras Amarillas. We were amazed to find that the breakfast was essentially instant coffee or tea... More

We are not bed and breakfast type people so this is not our typical hotel and those who like smaller lodgings and don't mind creaky floors and the feeling that you are staying in someone's home should not go by our review. The building is quite old and it has been a while since the update that was done before... More

Charming hotel. The rooms have names instead of numbers! We have never experienced such incredible service before. It's like to be on your grandma's house. Frutillar the town is also lovely, the lake and the view to the volcanoes are amazing. I hope to come back soon! Isabel
