If we needed clean towels they counted the dirty ones before giving new ones, if we needed more toilet paper because were were completely out, they gave us 1 roll (for 5 people). Like so many others, we stayed here for a month while in the process of moving to Singapore. It is a great way to land; good apartments with great service, nice pools, connected to a great shopping mall. Transport easy and a good location - highly recommended for a short term stay while moving to Singapore.
