This hotel is a breath of fresh air in Singapore. Where most other hotels provide a corporate look and feel the New Majestic provides individually designed room interiors, a great lobby for relaxing and an award winning restaurant. We also prefer to stay at boutique hotels. The rooms are small-ish but still comfortable and great beds. Excellent showers, complimentary drinks are a nice touch and free Wi-Fi (this is a given yet many hotels in Europe especially still try and charge!) and also the Bose stereo system. This is a small boutique hotel with interesting rooms. On arrival the staff were really professional and we were ushered to our room where everything was explained. There were nice touches like a coffee machine and complimentary drinks. The location was great on the edge of Chinatown. Late checkout at 12.00 suited us.The included breakfast was appreciated.
