Just attended a relative's wedding at the hotel. The food spread, presentation and taste of food was above my expectations, especially their steamed promfret fish in pickled cabbage and treasures duck (with chestnuts). Even the simple lotus rice was well presented and tasted really good. The only letdown was promptness of service and attentiveness.

This hotel is in a great location. Close to Orchard Road. Staff were more than helpful and the room was massive. If there was one drawback then it would be the range at breakfast, however this isn't enough to stop us staying again. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with children.

Starting at check-in they tried to give us single beds when a double room was booked. They had doubles just trying to get one over on us! Breakfast uses the cheapest food possible. First time since I was a kid fried Lunch Meat. Every dish low quality! Taste was just not there. Bread was fresh but low quality flour used!... More

Hotel was OK with good location. Breakfast was just average and a bit pricey....pool area is OK too.

This hotel is expensive yet you have to pay extra for wifi and the tv only have a few analog channel. Also the hotel is not a 10 minute walk from the MRT instead at least 20 minutes and not easy to find. I will NOT come back in this hotel .

If in Singapore, choose this hotel. The location is brilliant, close to Orchard Road and beautiful clean rooms. We stayed for 3 nights,we got a room @ level 9, the room was nice and comfortable. The staffs also very friendly,but although the location is in orchard area,it is not easy to take a walk to the shopping centre,cause it located in a hilly area behind orchard road,and there are no restaurants or minimarket nearby this hotel.

Stayed with the family including two young children (2 + 5 yrs). Very friendly and helpful staff, really appreciated with the young children.
