Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel, better than I expected from the chain. Good facilities in the rooms and helpful staff. Let down by the queues for breakfast as there weren't enough covers for the size of the hotel, and too few lifts. Would stay again though.

I stayed here in May 2013 with my family(2A/2C) in an Executive double room, which came with the club benefits. Well worth paying the extra, as food in the lounge was great as well as the service.
