“Nice location but hotel not excellent”

The hotel is stated right middle along orchard road in the mandarin gallery. Check in took quite some time though. As for the hotel, it looks a bit old even it is renovated. The size of the room is not very big. Overall is ok stay.

What's strong from this hotel is of course the location. Just one block away you'll find the Somerset MRT. Very practical to go to airport using the MRT, especially during rush hours. “Convenient location”

The check-in experience, check-in and check-out speed is very slow, would have been more than 15 minutes, although many guests but as a five-star hotel, the staff has not been able to digest or assist guests the impression worst
