I had to cancel three days reservation due to travel plans mistake on my part. After I made all possible best efforts to notify Wink by calling and emailing I was charged a maximum penalty for cancellation resulting me in close to $90 USD loss, even though I reached out to Cheryl number of times asking to reduce the penalty.

I stayed in a dorm with 10 or even 12 people, but it didn´t feel like this. Beds are separated by walls. Everyone has own lights and loggers for the backpack. Everything very modern and clean. Nice kitchen. Free wifi everywhere. Friendy and helpful reception staff.
