internet does not work most of the time, even when it does it is so slow that it's basically useless. no chance of using skype. rooms are aged and have bad odour because of that. A/C does not help get rid of the humidity causing clothes to become mouldy. washing machines do not wash properly, have to go 2+ cycles...
