OK,normally when travelling alone and on business to Singapore I select the Gateway Hotel, which is located just on the other side of Joo Chiat Road. However as I had to stay an extra night, Gateway was full, it was raining heavily and I did not want the hassle of searching for another hotel I checked out the Joo Chiat... More
