“Basic, Dive-centric, Good Value”

Been here several times over the years and will continue to visit. Have relatives in Santander and so we return every other year. Diving is good. Yoko runs the dive operation and does a great job. The dive masters, Pinoy and Japanese are very professional. The only thing I don't like is that they keep non-Japanese divers away from Japanese... More
