Stayed here last summer with high school friends. Spacious rooms. Unforgettable breakfast, they have everything i think of for breakfast. Near to everything yet quiet when inside the rooms. Huge swimming pool adorned with jacuzzi in the middle. Loved my 3 days 2 nights in Boracay Regency. Planning to stay there again next time.

As other reviewers have mentioned, this hotel needs modernising! The rooms are reasonably sized but quite dark. The wifi was also an issue, being unreliable and quite expensive. We were accomodated in a 2 BR family room with a common bathroom near the pool. The bathroom is outdated and needs total revamp. No free WiFi provided in bedrooms, service is good, ample breakfast, and good restaurants, and centrally located.
