If you are considering this resort simply because it's beachfront and affordable, forget it. There are a lot of BETTER options. Their receptionists just stare and don't even greet you upon arrival. Even the owner who was seated at the hallway when we arrived. We were supposed to be confirmed in a family room for a 2-night stay in this... More

El Centro is a perfectly located simple resort, right on station 2 in the middle of everything (bars, restaurants, shops). Rooms have a large balcony and are simple. Do not expect any luxury, apart from hot water, a small tv and the beach about 20 meters away... Service is very good and price reasonable.

My husband & I back-packed into Boracay...no reservations. But, we had no problem getting accommodations in this nice, clean hotel- which is Right on White Beach! :) The rates were affordable compared to other beachfront hotels, and the service was personal & excellent. Highly recommend a stay here, & I am counting the days until we will be back in... More

a lot of resort will adverties that their resort is beach front. but, they don't tell us that the rooms are not beach front. el centro's rooms are really beach front. very near D'mall. every thing you need is at D'mall. restaurant/souvenir shop. you name it. it's in D'mall. let's talk about the rooms. they have big rooms. tv, aircon,...
