The management is rude & inconsiderate they can't make fair and considerate decision with regards to Guest concern & complain. Food is not good and late in serving. Unprofessional staff particularly reservation agent who gave out wrong information regarding room rates /promo inclusions. Deceiving advertisement and packages beware you might end up paying double. No hot water in the room, one day no water at all. If you leave the food after your breakfast buffet they will charge you 150 pesos. Management is very rude. Finally they cancelled the wireless in the room. Hope it will be closed. More

The whole place is set just a few minutes walk from the beach & on the end of station 2 & start of station 3. Very quiet & off the main party path. We spent the first couple nights in the Summer Cottages; which were very nice & clean & new. I only booked 1 night based on previous reviews,... More

Very disappointing stay at this hotel. Without doubt the worst hotel I've stayed at in this price range. Rooms are crummy and not well maintained, for example our room had broken window handles, broken blinds and various other issues which could have been easily fixed with a bit of TLC but which reflects the general lack of care with which... Paradise Garden Resort and Convention Centre is set in extensive grounds and superbly located on White Beach, near station three, which we considered the most picturesque part of the beach (and the least crowded). It lets itself down by poor maintenance on its rooms, an offensively unhelpful attitude by management, and employment of a raft of bizarre rules. We stayed... More

We were first greeted by receptionist requesting payment for our transfer. After our interrogation and showing them our transfer vouchers, we were finally allowed to check in, still they told us we may still have to pay. I was then read a list of hotel rules, which included no cooking in the room, no bringing food or drink into the... More

This resort (if you can call it that) is a joke. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The reception staff are extremely rude, you arrive and are given a list of 35 rules. Our room had a full kitchen that had been gutted. You are charged if you bring any food or drinks in from outside, but at the same time they... More

This is known as the Paradise Garden Hotel now right? If so, then I did have such a splendid stay at this hotel with my family. Our room was beautiful, the scenery was extremely relaxing like the pools and its close to the shopping area since this hotel is located at the central part. The staff were very friendly, would...
