It's more into a budget hotel, the room is quite small but clean. Location was pretty close to malioboro, although you need a little walk for about 5-10 minutes. Been staying here for the first time and I was impressed with the hotel. Very good value for its location. Probably one of the best business-style hotel at this price range 1 minor points is the TV is too small. But that was not enough to ruin my experience
