We've lived out of the apartments at the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place a few times and its always good. Central location makes getting about Jakarta as easy as it ever is. People friendly. Great pool and spa facilities. Decent room service and great breakfasts. Hard to beat.

Room was larger than I needed, but still great value (corporate rate) and in a good location above the upscale Pacific Plaza shopping mall. Check out the pool and roof deck, which I didn't find out about until too late.
