I stayed there for the new year celebration with my family. There is nothing special in particular to say about this hotel. The service was average, there was no personal touch but the check in and check out process went accordingly. The room was okay. You can tell that this is an old hotel but everything was still maintained properly.... More

This hotel used to be the Hilton and back then it had a great reputation, so when I won a voucher to stay here, I decided on a weekend getaway. The reception staff are slow and the girl who checked me didn't even bother to read the voucher. It was for 2 nights, (even my booking was for 2 nights)... More

Stayed at the Lagoon Tower. Aging rooms, only thing new is a small flatscreen TV. Breakfast is not more than a 3 star. Plan carefully when leaving with a taxi. Nobody in the valet booth will move a finger and it can take up to 20 minutes to get one...

I stay 5 nights when i follow diving expo in jakarta. The hotel is very nice, clean with cozy garden and pool. The room are big and nice. The best is the location on Jl sudirman so thats in the central of jakarta so close to the expo place and easy to go somewhere else.

I stayed here 2 nights on a business trip. It was a fabulous location because I could walk to the office in Pacific Place and Indonesian Stock Exchange in just 5 minutes. The hotel itself is a few years older compared to other hotels in the area (or at least it looks like it). It's also very big with a... More

I stayed here for 3 nights as my preferred hotel wasn't available. It was very busy due to the SEA games I believe. It was just hectic. I reached the lobby, and was told to go to the executive floor for check in, and from there on, everything was just perfect. No complaints whatsoever! The staff at the executive floor... More

Sultan staff are great in character, and seem to have had a decent hospitality business induction, easy access to SCBD at a reasonable price, expansive grounds, swimming pool, gym and tennis facilities with a park outside the door. This former Hilton chain flagship, now run by a local enterprise, has a pretty dated architecture outside, belies some nice suprises indoors,... More

This is my first evening in this hotel and I can't resist myself from writing my review right away. Hotel sultan was before known as Hilton Jakarta, located in the very center of Jakarta. I recalled the days when my dad used to take me here for business meetings. It was quite a memorable experience but that's more than 35... More
