First impression was the good value we were getting. Reception was efficient with adequate English skills and handled a credit card without the fuss I've endured at other Chinese hotels.
Room was quite clean and tidy, a noticeable step above what I've seen at other places for higher prices.

We found the reception staff to be very helpful although their spoken English was not as good as we'd found at other hotels in China. We had a nice comfortable and clean room with all necessary facilities. The hotel catered primarily for Chinese clientele and Chinese business conferences, but that was good from our perspective.
