We stayed there for 3 nights with our 4 and 6 years old kids. We took a standard room with an additional bed. The room was not to big for us four but it was okay. Checking in on 1st floor, taking the elevator to 45th floor, transferring to a new elevator taking you to your room floor. What's the point except for the view?! Actual room temp was stuck at 24C. Inconvenience is with elevators - need to check in on floor 1, go to 45th floor, walk to other set of elevators, the go up to your room. Have stayed here a couple of times, and I have definitely seen improvements here. The property is really quite luxe and over the top. Fancy automated elevators, marble everywhere and sweeping views. This hotel is amazing! The staff are really friendly - they just can't do enough to help guests and the rooms are lovely with silky sheets and plush quilts and pillows.
