Though the location of the hotel is not close to the city centre, but it is self-sufficient. Because of the large size window, the room seems to be birghter and cleaner. With the seaview outside the window, you will find yourself particularly relaxing. If one wants to have a feeling of vacation, I surely would recommend this hotel.
This was my second stay at this hotel and I have no complaints. Friendly staff, handy location, free shuttle bus from/to the airport, free WiFi, very good buffet breakfast, nice pool and sun lounging area. Very good choice if you ae transiting through Hong Kong and don't really need a city centre location or if you want to avoid the...

The best thing about Novotel Citygate is its location. it's located right at the Citygate outlets so it was very convenient for shopping and dining. Transportation is also not a problem, because it is situated right next to Tung Chung MTR which leads you directly to Hong Kong Disneyland and Tsing Yi where the Maritime mall, as is the MTR...

This is my favorite hotel in HKG though it is far from the city and just a few munutes away from the airport.
It is near the outlet stores and the subway station starts from there.
Quiet area and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
MIght be a good idea to stay there since HKG Disneyland is near...

Close to the airport (10mins + free shuttle), Citygate Outlet (with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, a foodcourt and a suprmarket) Ngong Ping 360, Disneyland and the MTR. The room is quite small but the bed is very comfortable. The front desk staff were always helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
IMHO airport hotels should be like a favourite pair of shoes; comfortable, do the job and cause no concern. Novotel CityGate hits the mark exactly. Unmemorable for all the right reasons; easy check in, decent meals, good service, excellent night's sleep, easy transfer back to the airport. Job done.
Very near to the Airport, but very far away from the city centre. There's a Mall (Outlet), lots of shops, cafe, restaurants, a food court ....and a super market inside the Citygate Outlet. Disney Land it's just one station by MTR. Very good for 1st time visitors, stay for 1 to 2 nights in Novotel Citygate.
The Hotel staff very kind...
