As usual, Landmark Mandarin staff is the best in the business. It was a bit sad to see some old faces after the long Covid restrictions no longer at the hotel but nonetheless everyone provided world class customer service. From John at the front door, Marie at Mo Bar, JD the head bartender, everyone at the concierge desk, the staff and sommelier at Somm, Christoph the Hotel Manager, the front desk staff, house keeping, and Connie the Director of Rooms all made my recent stay special and memorable. I mentioned in a prior posting that when I used to manage people in my prior life, I always provided my experience at MO Landmark as the perfect example of what great customer service looks like. Anticipate not reactive, friendly service with a smile, always remembering my name and taking interest in my day. Will be back next year

We stayed at the Landmark MO for a one night staycation to celebrate our anniversary, and the services and amenities were far beyond our expectations. Our original L600 suite booking was upgraded to a L900 suite with a beautiful centre bathtub. Special decorations were set up for our anniversary at our request, with complimentary champagne from the hotel as well. Jenny and Anson were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, assisting us with various requests and bookings that made our experience exceptional and memorable. Betty was also very helpful in assisting with the initial room booking. This was our first time bringing our two dogs along to a hotel, and everything from potty pads, food and water bowls, and even dog toys were provided for our pooches. Given the early check-in and late check-out feature of our package, we had ample time to enjoy the delicacies of both Amber and SOMM, a dip in the pool, as well as a very relaxing spa treatment at The Oriental Spa. We would definitely recommend the Landmark MO, especially for dog owners who want to treat both themselves and their doggos!

I used to come to landmark MO all the time for their yoga classes in what must be one of the nicest spas in HK, as well as the much-loved gastronomy of chef Ekkebus at Amber, especially when he arranged four hands dinners with some of the most amazing chefs from around the world. Now that the spa is closed, serious dinners are banned etc. I had to “settle” for a staycation to break up the monotony of WFH.

I was upgraded to a modern & spacious (premier King) room 1216 where I joked to my friends we can fit four people in the gorgeous bathtub. Every detail has been thought of: mood lighting, covid pack of masks, gloves, alcohol wipes. The mini bar was like a Russian matryoshka doll with drawer after drawer of temptations (didn’t expect to find a bottle of chateau lynch bages!) Kappou Rin & Sushi Shikon were both full so I went to the delicious and classic Kashiwaya a block away instead.

Front desk staff’s service was flawless, especially the chap that checked me in (Kming Chan). Also had fun learning how to make cocktails from Kervin Unido at PDT, definitely more fun than a perfunctory welcome drink.

Any room for improvement? Soundproofing:
I didn’t think there would be any issue, except incredibly, there were sounds of drilling at 10 in the morning. It wasn’t loud but was just so unexpected especially on a Sunday... and I also heard music from room 1216 next door.

I have stayed at The Landmark Hotel for one night. It provided an excellent and very memorable staycation.
The reception staff was courteous and gave me a strong impression.
The room space is so generous and comfortable, especially the flow within the room was very good especially for Hong Kong.
I love the turndown service feels like a home away from home and the room with an excellent choice and diversity of mattresses and pillows and sheets.
The bathtub is highly recommended and the hotel even provides the bath salts, this is truly thoughtful. Moreover, with good shower pressure and most important the Housekeeping team that kept the room clean and even the small little details are taken care of - tidy up my messy cables with zip ties, keeping my cords organized.
Everything was top notch. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The Landmark Mandarin Hotel is located in the heart of leisure in Central. When you step into the hotel, you will feel the warm service of the staff, from doorman to the receptionist in the lobby.
The room design is very special and very clean. I can’t imagine of a 600 sq feet room with 2 TVs. My friend and I can enjoy our favorite programs. Housekeeper provided very special design bookmark and turn down service is very attentive.
In the evening I went to Somm for dinner, the food quality is very high, the service of the waiter in the restaurant is also very good, this is the mark of mandarin Oriental Group!

We stayed at the MO Landmark to celebrate my husband's birthday.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were the valued guests and everyone from the doormen, reception, concierge, restaurant staff and housekeeping make us feel very welcome.  All the staff are such lovely, helpful and professional.  They are the best I encountered anywhere.

We stayed in L600 room type, it is elegant and very warm in design.  We like the signature bathroom very much.   I would like to take this opportunity to thank for their great arrangement on my husband's birthday celebration.  He was so surprised for the birthday treats.  Especially thanks Ms Wendy for the excellent rooming tour.

Again, we were surprised by the farewell gift even upon we check out.  Thank you so much for giving us the amazing and unforgettable memory.

We wish Mandarin Oriental a continued success in the future and please stay healthy during this tough period!

Staying in Hong Kong through the summer? Need a special experience with your loved one or friends? The Landmark was my venue of choice this week, as I wanted something special for friends who are leaving our fair city.
We had a Staycation package that included spa treatments (massage or facial options), a private personal training session, unlimited yoga/fitness classes, an amazing breakfast at SOMM, and additional discounts on services we added.
As ever, The Landmark, like the rest of the Mandarin Oriental group, provided unexcelled customer service and divine rooms, beds, pillows, amenities. The only difficulty was scheduling in all the included options within the time we had at the hotel. We wished we had two nights!
If you have been thinking about a little pampering, or feeling stuck during lockdown, Do this.
The Spa at the Landmark is expansive. There is a huge hydro therapy hot pool, with adjacent heated loungers (6 of them, perfect for my group), a larger pool for lap swims, and the most peaceful yoga studio I’ve encountered in Hong Kong. We also enjoyed the Relaxation Room, post-massage, for tea & snacks.
SOMM, a small restaurant with an extensive wine list, is a hidden gem of amazing culinary creations. Photos below. Try the lobster, the pork belly, the chocolate soufflé.
After dinner, we found PDT, a hidden away bar. Finding it will be up to you...

Upon our arrival at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong we were very graciously received in the reception and offered a cup of tea and an oshibori to cleanse our hands. This very warm welcome set the tone for our stay. Our L600 room was very comfortable and sets the standard for what a 5 star hotel room should be . We enjoyed lunch at Amber which was a great experience. We left feeling comfortably full, and service was friendly and attentive. For dinner we went to Somm which is a great concept restaurant, has a wonderful and wine list, and very delightful food. We finished the evening with a night cap at the hotel's cocktail bar PDT. Outstanding drinks! In the morning we enjoyed the comforting breakfast at Somm. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out we were able to stay under the Spell that the Landmark Mandarin Oriental unfailing casts upon their guests. Would recommend to all who come to Hong Kong!

Loved the experience, service was excelent and we loved the inventivity of this place. The dinner at this bistro is so delicious, it is the best tavern I have seen so far. The carefully prepared dishes in the restaurant have different dishes and different tastes. The plate is very beautiful. The service is attentive and easy-going. If you are allergic, it is best to inform the waiter in advance, he will do the corresponding treatment. Every dish in this restaurant is full of weight, and eating here is definitely worth the money. The restaurant also has a special style between servings, which is very tasty and the amount is just right, which complements the dishes. For this restaurant, it is almost impossible to pick out the best dish. Because every dish is very delicious.

I booked this hotel for two nights with my boyfriend as a weekend. During the checkin, the hotel required us to fill in the health declaration form and temperature check. I felt more relieved as the hotel is having procedure to ensure safety. They even provided masks and wipes to us. We were so surprised that we were offered a free upgrade and the signature round washroom was stunning. The interior design of the room is modern and stylish. The service from Connie made us feels like home and she provided us a warm welcome and detailed intro the room and facilities. When I come to my bed at night, I found that they had already prepared a foam pillow for me before my checkin which I usually request in my stays before in the other MO. The Housekeeping staff kept our room so tidy and she even wraps our charging cables. She also sent us sleeping masks and fragrance pack for us to relax and enjoy our stay. Small bottle of hand sanitizer was also provide by the hotel. During the checkout, Kming and Kailey were so supportive and caring to see if we enjoyed our stay and see if we need any thing after our checkout. Connie, the staff that helped us checkin, left us a card and a little present at checkout. She really made our staycation a remarkable experience with not just a hotel but I will call it a home from a friend. All the attention to details from their staff made my holiday delightful. I can’t wait for my next visit to the landmark MO!

Hi, depends on age of your kids. But if they are to sleep with you in the same room, best to book one of their larger rooms. There are junior suites like the L600 which might be able to accommodate an additional beds. Best to check with the property. No kids club though. The LMO is more of a city hotel rather than resort one.
