Rooms were clean, but small. We didn't get much of a view as we were facing the wrong direction. Service was good. Concierge was helpful. Buffet Breakfast had a wide variety with great food, and the service was good. Location is great, as there are a lot of shopping and eating joints nearby. Also easy access to the MTR trains.

We stayed in many Sheraton hotels, but this was not the best one. Small rooms with a rough sleeper type concrete bed in stead of the promised sweet sleeper. Good location. Good buffet restaurant.

You have a private check in and reception upon arrival, which is so nice after a long flight, they even serve you drinks while you are checking in.
