The lobby looks like a train station with a million people. Don't miss the entrance to the rooms, because it's too small compared with the whole building. Stayed for a two night period from 22nd April to the 24th April I was on the 13th Floor, renovations were going on one floor above me. These started at 8 am and finished 6pm. Very friendly staff. Excellent hotel for a good price. The location is walking distance to some great atmosphere and markets in Mongkok. The other parts of Kowloon are easily and cheaply accessed by taxi ($60 to the Star Ferry terminal) or by public transport.
