My husband and I recently spent a weekend at Grand Hyatt HK. The hotel is centrally located, less than a 5 minute taxi ride away from the best shopping, restaurant and bars. Our room benefited from great harbour views and was quite spacious. We qualified for Club level access, this was one of the highlights of our stay. They provide... More

I have been a long-time user of the tripadvisor site. I never make a travel move until I have thoroughly researched this site. My stay at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong Grand Club was so wonderful I was compelled to write my first review. Thank you Jake for making us feel special. Very dear friends of ours decided they wanted... Recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. The hotel is centrally located with full view of the Hong Kong harbour. Rooms are spacy (ask for a harbor view room) and the Grand Club Lounge is outstanding (very nice food - including fresh salad, foie gras, fruits as well as nice wine and Moet&Chandon champagne complimentary at cocktail hour). Staff... More

Let me first say that we got a good corp rate. We were a group of 18 and managed to get a good rate (by HK standards). We are a group from North Am, and travelled to HK via Shanghai. In Shanghai we stayed at the Westin Bund and got free in-room wifi plus free buffet breakfast. When we got... More

Recently I attended the most incredible wedding in Hong Kong. Hosted by The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. So of course, I am thinking expensive and rather pretentious. OMG was I wrong... this was the most tourist friendly, comfortable, choice my host's could have made (David you rock) and (rooks) From day one the service provided by Jake, Grand Club was... More

Recently my husband and I were in Hong Kong to attend a wedding which took place at the Grand Hyatt. We decided to book into the hotel for the weekend and were not disappointed with the quality of service. Our room was beautiful, and large with a spectacular bathroom. We had a lovely view of Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong and... More

Right on the harbor, fantastic views. The rooms are a bit cookie cutter, but spacious for HK. Bathroom looks like something out of donald trump's dream. Think lots of black marble and gold. The lobby is expansive, for the money i would prefer the Peninsula, but this certainly isn't bad by any means. It really isn't convenient to any MRT,... More

I don't often write glowing reviews of hotels but this one was flawless. I was supposed to fly home on Saturday but my plane was full and I had to stay another night in Hong Kong. All this after I had been awake all of the previous night. I was literally sitting at the airport trying to find somewhere to... More

My wife and I travelled to Hong Kong for a wedding. While weighing options for hotels, we decided to take the plunge and treat ourselves while in Hong Kong. The Grand Hyatt does not disappoint. We stayed on the club level, and while that was another option we debated (I don't actually drink), it was well worth it. Seems like... More

My partner went for business and I tagged along for pleasure. The hotel is welcoming, serene, well equipped, comfortable and very well located. We had a run of the mill room overlooking the pool area and it was more than adequate for business and "tag along" purposes. The only shortcoming was we had to pay for wi-fi. It's a personal... More
