The Grand Hyatt HKl exemplifies what a great hotel should be about: giving guests a pleasurable travel experience. It's the people, not the physical structure, that stays in the mind & the heart. Not to say there's much that needs changing in the structure either. I love the understated vibe of the #17 rooms and the Grand Club.

Nice hotel...but construction on Harbour side was more than unpleasant. I sleep soundly, but could not manage it once the jackhammers started early every morning. The pool restaurant and bar seem very nice. Will not be back until I know construction is finished.
