It was my first trip to Hong Kong. The location was excellent near the main streets and public transportations. lots of shops and mall. the problem was just internet fee was not included in the room rate. it was very cheap but I don't know why was not included.

Second stay in the past year. Always good. Never disappointing. Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast selection. Great bar in the basement. Good shops and local transport.

Hotel Service is great but be careful they don't position your room under the club floor dining area, as therse are quite noisy. The views form the club lounge are really spectacular and a great way to destress from Hong Kongs blistering pace. I would stay again but not under the lounge.

The reference to Mandarin in the hotel's name, might have raised my expectations a little too high. There was nothing really wrong with the hotel, but the rooms are showing their age despite recent renovations and I was expecting more.
