If you are looking for a budget accommodation in Hong Kong take a closer look at Mei Lam Guesthouse in the Mirador Mansion located on the 5th floor (our Lonely Planet edition said it was the 4th which is wrong and made as go to the ground floor again since elevators only connect even or odd floor numbers).
