Rooms are large, and the location is good, but the historic building that houses this hotel is deserving of something better suited to its colonial heritage style, rather than the garish mixed bag of décor and furnishings currently in use. The potential is there for a first class facility, given the right management team and staffing.

“Unique and incomparable”

This has to be the most unique hotel in Hong Kong, just ten or so rooms and all with at least a shared balcony to enjoy the unique atmosphere and the sunrise and sunset of an amazing city. Even the standard suites are almost double the size of some of the other similarly priced 5 star hotels in Hong Kong.... More

“Just Not Enough Here to Justify the $500+ Price”

Each room is decorated differently. Mine had a very pretty Chinoiserie canopied bed and lots of space but not much furniture, so the room felt bare. We had a wonderful stay here, in the D'aguilar room! The Sunday lunch was out of this world and well worth the money. “WOW THE BEST SUITE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN ASIA”

For the same price as a suite at any other hotel you get one of the best properties in all of HK. I would love to stay here for a couple weeks!! It felt like I had a home in HK and just steps from the elevator to the metro line at TST. Best food in HK and awesome ambiance!!
