Booked our rooms directly with Hakkas in advance so we had our room confirmed (did not require deposits). This is considered an old building for HK standard, but the rooms are clean and in good condition. I will start off by saying that Hong Kong in general is much more expensive than other countries in southeast Asia, especially around Chinese New Year, but I still thought that our room here was pretty expensive for what it was. went here on the super peak season November 2011, the hostel is super convenient , it is just next to Jordan MTR exit B and and there is 7-Eleven & Circle K below. The building look old but the room are clean & nice. Mr Leong is super friendly !

Little guesthouse - up the lift and around the corner in an old high rise on the corner of Jordan Street and Nathan Road, Kowloon - was a bit hard to find the entrance but they are building a new subway entrance right outside.
