I travel to Vietnam numerous times a year, and like to stop for a day or two in Hong Kong. Its on my nickel, so I visit the various discount travel sites to find a hotel in the under $125 range. The same five hotels seem to always pop-up: Regal, Hotel Bonaparte, Cosmopolitan, Cosmo and Charterhouse. All are in the... More

The hotel is on a very busy street and it's very noisy up to wee hours in the night, the windows are not double paned. The room is REALLY small and the mattress REALLY hard. The loo and the shower are in the same compartment with a sliding glass door which got stuck and I was trapped. Luckily, I had... More

I spent a couple of nights there before moving to the Butterfly on Morrison. I think Bonaparte staff should work more on client satisfaction, trying to accomodate client's request as much as possible, especially when they pay for a "superior" room. Again: have you ever seen a TWIN bed room with a looking-glass for the toilet without a proper curtain?... More

I booked and prepaid for this hotel through lastminute.com. The room rate was around £70 per night and included a light breakfast for two. We arrived around 11pm on Sunday evening, having caught the 11A bus from the airport (HK$65 return) and got off at the Hennessy Road/Tonnochy Road junction). It is about a five minute walk from there to... More

I don't do much review on hotels but good experience is what I intend to share with you at Hotel Bonaparte. I have been staying there for 2 weeks due to business around Wanchai area. The hotel is obviously small in terms of facilities and room size, though staff are very attentive and caring. Everyday you feel like home. Lots... More

my sister book this hotel for 4 nights around early August for our November trip to Hong Kong. And then toward the end of August we cancel the booking because we need to stay at another area. Then after our trip in November, my sister discovered that Hotel Bonaparte charged $600 for 4 nights on her card! That's really ridiculous... More

Great little hotel in a fantastic location. Small rooms but with everything you'll need in a well designed package.

We choose to put up at the Bonaparte mainly because of its location, contemporary design and reasonable rates (the room was booked via Octopus Travel, online). The hotel is within short walking distance from Time Square in Causeway Bay (approx 10min), through Wan Chai Rd. Wheeling two medium size luggages as well as a hand carry, wasn't too much a... More

We've booked a business room with Hotel Bonaparte by Rhombus on 11 Oct 2011 for our Nov 2011 family trip in Hong Kong. Yet when we arrive on 3 Nov 2011, we have been told by the hotel staff that they do not have a room for us as they have been fully booked. We are lost and have shown... More
