I stayed at the JW Beijing for one night one business trip in May 2012. The hotel got the airport pick up time wrong which caused some confusion. The concierge sorted the problem quickly and gave me an upgrade upon check in. The staff and facilities are excellent. The hotel has a great gym. I will be back.
