The rooms are as you would expect for a JW. The staff made the stay so much better. They all learned my name and welcomed me back each time I arrived. The staff was so helpful. A great spot in Beijing. The dragon fruit at breakfast is some of the best I have had.

Beautiful hotel. Immaculately clean. The only downside: The staff, in the restaurant, or at the front desk, did not have a very good understanding of English. I would have thought a hotel of this caliber there would not have been any language barrier. Other than that, it was wonderful.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, nice big rooms and extra quiet at night. The upstairs where the appetizers are served was so pretty and a excellent view of Beijing. The employees helped teach my 20 yr daughter and myself Chinese , so fun and and excellent end to our wonderous trip.

We arrived after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are nice, if looking a little dated. The breakfast buffet was out of control, the egg station wouldn't fry or poach eggs and they just couldn't handle the amount of people trying to get served and out of their in a reasonable time --chaos!

The hotel has a very nice lobby, the rooms are in perfect shape and spacy, the gym is sizeable, the services fast, friendly and efficient. But be aware that the extras like breakfast in the room or minibar as well as the lounge are quite expensive
