This hotel is gold. Gold lifts and floors. Every thing is gold. I had heared that some folk had a jachuisi on their balcony. As I had a single room up on the upper floors I never got that. Beds are still as hard. Food is OK. More choice, but both western and Chinese food was put out.

Room not ready when we arrived, and had great difficulty getting carpet cleaned when it was ready. Resorted to borrowing the vacuum to do it ourselves! Breakfast was quite adequate. Wasn't over keen on the piped piano music (was a bit loud). The location was ever so interesting. We spent all our spare time walking around into the local markets and shops. Our room was excellent with a lovely very comfortable king size bed. People who complained about this hotel are obviously too hard to please.

The lobby looks great so there is a good first impression. The dark dimly lit corridor to the room is a bit ominous, and the electronic key card is hard to use.
