This was my first hotel in China and a pleasant surprise. Yes the beds are hard for westerners but I woke up feeling great! Very clean room with two large singles (we were told that doubles were rare). Very good breakfast with both Chinese and western options. The omlettes cooked to your taste are spot on. Give the coffee a... More

Stayed three nights as part of Wendy Wu Wonders of China tour. Our room was clean. Beds are very hard as usual in China. Breakfast was O.K. but gettng Coffee and Tea could be challenging depedning where you were sat, what time you arrived, and which waitress you had. Early it was self service, later it was brought to the... More

This hotel is gold. Gold lifts and floors. Every thing is gold. I had heared that some folk had a jachuisi on their balcony. As I had a single room up on the upper floors I never got that. Beds are still as hard. Food is OK. More choice, but both western and Chinese food was put out.

A staff just got in to my room and broke the chain. How rude is that? I'm really disappointed of the service of the hotel. The story: My dad went to a place and he left me and my mom at the hotel and I only able speak Chinese a little and English and I don't know how to travel... More

The 322 room **** Jiangxi Grand Hotel (built in 2007) is located in a secure compound in a residential area of south-west Beijing, beyond the 3rd Ring Road, within easy access of the city centre. The lobby features a bar and an area where breakfast is served between 6am and 10am. There’s even a piano programmed to play Richard Clayderman’s... More

We stayed at this hotel on a Wendy Wu tour. The foyer is impressive and the rooms are really large. The hotel seems fairly new and is situated near other shops where you can purchase a few essentials like fresh fruit etc. This could be a good hotel if the housekeeping was improved. Our room and at least one other... More

Room not ready when we arrived, and had great difficulty getting carpet cleaned when it was ready. Resorted to borrowing the vacuum to do it ourselves! Other than this the size and cleanliness of our room was good. Large bathroom with separate bath and shower. Good selection for breakfast, but once again hot food was luke warm. This is a... More

I stayed at this establishment as part of a Wendy Wu Tour. We arrived late in the evening after travelling from Xian and having a meal out. We where processed quickly and the room was well presented when I entered it. We dined in the Restaurant only for breakfasts so can only comment on these but the Food selection was... More

Breakfast was quite adequate. Wasn't over keen on the piped piano music (was a bit loud). The location was ever so interesting. We spent all our spare time walking around into the local markets and shops. Our room was excellent with a lovely very comfortable king size bed. People who complained about this hotel are obviously too hard to please.

The lobby looks great so there is a good first impression. The dark dimly lit corridor to the room is a bit ominous, and the electronic key card is hard to use. Often it did not work until the third or fourth try. This hotel has nice big rooms but misses on several basic things most of which could be... More
