We stayed for a few nights in this hotel and it was fine. Nice decoration, no luxury though. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Nice traditional hotel, settled in a traditional courtyard with all rooms overlooking the courtyard. Large room, beautifully decorated in a traditional manner. Staff very helpful. Internet available in the lobby. Breakfast rather poor. Central location, altough nto very close to the main touristic sites of Beijing.
For me service was a real plus. The girls were really helpful and kind. Made me Chinese dumplings in the middle of the night, answered all of our questions about planes, trains, and activities. Just really made sure to cover their bases: arranging pickups, navigation around the city.
The rooms are a little small, the beds a little less giving...

So much impressive with the hotel decor. The staff was very friendly and very kind. The hotel style was different from the others in Beijing. The breakfast was good. Convenient location, near some restaurants. Very cozy place to stay. I'd recommend the hotel.

Spring Garden Hotel is a jewel hidden in heart of Beijing. It is a living piece of eras long gone, with more perks and comforts added in. Each room represents a different dynasty with beautiful decorations down to the last detail. The staff is extremely helpful and ready to include and advise you of activities that are China. This is...

Nice hotel, classic room decor, similar to other hotels. The location is good, no good local restaurants. Yes, it is close to the silk market, but the pearl market offers better goods at cheaper prices and the sellers don't hound you nearly as bad. It is a 2-3$ taxi ride away.
We will staye at this hotel again if we...

My boys are half Chinese. We specially chose this courtyard hotel so they could experence the Chinese culture. This is also a first China trip for my husband. He just loves this place and learned how to say the Courtyard (SihouYan) in Chinese. We have two rooms. Each room is decorated with ancient Chinese furnitures, Chinese style wall paper and...

We had a wonderful time staying in this very charming hotel with traditional Chinese style decoration. The room is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and location is close to local attractions. Very unique experience compare to living in a regular 4 star hotel. We love it. If you like to experience the traditional Chinese culture and Beijing "Hu...
