The location is excellent. It's right next to a subway stop. It's also close by to restaurants and a Walmart. I agree with other posters that the staff can be quite rude. I was yelled at by housekeeping for asking why the electricity in half of my room wasn't working properly, but they did eventually send someone to help me.... More

I was glad I chose this hotel. The price was great, and a convenient location (right in front of a subway). You can find a place on line where the hotel and address are written in Chinese characters, which you can show to a taxi driver. This got me from the airport to the hotel with no problem, as well... You can't communicate much if you don't speak Chinese. Front Desk has many problems. Attitudes, manners, & etc. Don't expect "Thank you" from them. Wonder what they will do in 2008. Good luck if you must stay. More
