Horrible experience. The place was used as a quarantine hotel for foreigners during the summer of 2009. While I was there the AC was turned off and the toilets did not flush in many of the rooms. Hotel is relatively old; carpet in room is old and dirty looking. Toilet is separate from bathroom which is inconvenient as you are unable to wash your hands should someone else be in the bathroom.
