stayed here for 10 days during my stay in Beijing.
+ central location
+ quiet, no disturbance
+ good cleaning of the bathroom
- they did not vaccum once during 10 days
- sex commercial sliped under the door every day
But if the negative aspects mentioned above doesn't bother you. Then it's a OK hotel to stay in.

Have stayed at the Xindadu several times including some extended working visits.
The Hotel is well up to its Chinese 4-star rating. Recommended for travellers who want to get away from the North=East Chaoyang syndrome amd see a little more of local areas in Beijing. The only local attraction is the (rather sad) Zoo.
The Hotel needs a little attention...
