Stayed a week in Tower B for a conference in the hotel. The service in the room was great. Two free bottles of water in the bathroom. Other bottles outside the bathroom were not free. Recently stayed at SpringHill Suites in Erie, PA on August 26. The bed was too soft and wireless Internet did not work. Not good for business travellers if you need Internet. On a positive note, I had a package delivered there and there was a note in their system as I checked in.

Check in Tower C, the newest and apparently swankiest of the three. Strange entrance like an office block. especially if you are a tourist -do yourself a favor and stay in a nice location in Dongcheng (East Beijing). if you are a hard-nosed, fluent Mandarin speaker in love with Chinese government hotels, then you can save yourself a few bucks over a Western chain in Dongcheng.
