We had an adequate room that met our needs. The Concierge were all very friendly and attentive to our requests. The hotel is an easy walk to the subways which we found were an excellent way to navigate the city. A group of us including 48 children aged 10 - 17 years old stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The staff were extremely helpful, facilities great and the staff were extremely understanding about the needs of younger clientel.

Bed is comfortable, Shower and Bathtub is available in the deluxe rooms. Breakfast spread is a feast and constantly replenished even until the end of breakfast time. Language will be a bit of a barrier if you don't speak English, but Erik is there to help at the front desk.

The room is clean, feels new,many available plugs in normal sizes to be used and there is free wifi in lobby and room.
