The hotel is not very central. The service was very poor, the rooms were filthy, the carpets were filthy, the lighting in the room was very bad. There was no hot water and the problem was not fixed even though we asked for them to attend to it. More

Room is of decent size and cleanliness. Staffs were friendly but limited spoken English except for one or two staffs but all tried to be very helpful nevertheless.
