Service wasn't up to scratch in this hotel, staff weren't friendly or helpful. Location is a bit out, rooms and restaurants were fine though, nothing to complain about, but nothing to write home about. If you get a good rate it's okay for a night or two, but I think you can do much better these days in BeiJing. More

Indeed what had been said about the hotel needing renovation badly is indeed true. It definitely does not look like a Sheraton Hotel, much comparable to a local hotel. Even the taxi drivers are at a lost if you ask for Sheraton Hotel, it is better known as Great Wall Hotel. More
