The hotel is tucked away in a tiny lane, but reasonably easy to find. It is only metres away from the metro, which was quite handy. The room was a little dark, but you can get a decent nights sleep. The room size was very good, with two double beds, and bathroom was on decent size. The cleansiness was average,... More

Rooms were dark and we had wanted an apartment but it was infact 2 connecting rooms with ONE toilet for 4 of us. The Rooms look dirty, lightings were dim.... I had to scream at the housekeeping when they refused to give us an "extra" towel when there are 4 of us. There were only 3 bath towels!!!!! Even wifi... More

This is a 3 star hotel in Beijing, in a nice location. We just stayed there in July 2011. Our room was dirty and the bathroom was disfunctional when we arrived. The shower did not drain at all. While the hotel staff fixed the drain, the bathroom was never properly cleaned and the room itself was also dirty. The air... More

We stayed here twice on our trip (left for X'IAN for 3 nights) and overall it was an OK place to stay. Our 1st room's air-conditioner was not nearly as good as the other. And note, that when you leave the room and remove the key/card from it's slot, all the electricity turns off. This means returning to a hot... More

First of all I like to point out that the breakfast buffet and the hotel isnt together. They wanted to charge us for breakfast even though we already paid it through the hotel. We found out another person had the same problem. Not to mention that they dont have a variety of food. I think I saw only like 6-7... More

3 Star Standard is a good description for this hotel. It's a bit dark and a bit cramped.. but the staff is very helpful (when we checked out the girl gave us some chopsticks in a nice box) and speaks a relatively good english, open to question giving helpful advise for using the metro and so. Breakfast is rather chinese... More

Just had a fabulous 6 nights in Beijing. This hotel is perfect for walking anywhere in central Beijing. Room lovely, staff extremely helpful. 430yuan per night including breakfast, for double room. Some western bits of breakfast, they will griddle you an egg on demand. Beware the trip to the Great Wall includes Ming Tombs, Jade Factory and Ancient Chinese Medicine... More

We stayed at Tianrui for three nights as part of a China package tour. The rooms were tidy and the hotel had all the ammenities required. We ate breakfast at the hotel every morning, while options were limited there is nothing wrong with eggs, toast and coffee. It's a short walk to the Wangfujing shopping area and night market. More

We stayed in the Tianrui hotel for 3 days, and were pleasantly surprised by the location, the quality of the rooms and the friendly service. The receptionist spoke excellent English and seemed really keen to make our stay a good one. More
