The hotel is located very close to the factory and with the shuttle bus service it make things lot more easier. Friendly and helpful staffs. First time staying with Pullman and I like the service. One of the bedside light was fused but the engineering guy fixed it within 20 min. I will stay here again.

I am rather amazed to see the changes in Pullman from my last trip in November 2011. There has been a significant change in service standard at front office and in the coffee shop. Although there's more room for improvement especially in the hardware I must say the service element is good.
