There is a smell in the room. Breakfast is not international. Usd was not available at front desk. My key broke 3 times. Very few english speakers at reception. Electric curtains were broken on my second night. The stairs in the room is hard to manage. We wait for too long for the elevator.

Locate 5 minutes far from subway station "SuZhujie", nearby huge shopping mall with many food court, 3 station far from Beijing University and ChingHua University. Room and facilities are overall clean and neat, staff with well-trained even they don't speak good English. Cons: Bit noisy due to huge window, just next to highway / Pros: Good view.
