i live in Nairobi i stayed there for a night whilst attending a church conference in Mombasa town. The staff are ok but the rooms are filthy have roaches and no simple amenities like a working tv. I paid $37 when i have paid far less in other hotels and they had bigger, cleaner with working tv in the rooms.... More

I left the hotel after the first night. Close to Mombasa travel attraction. I paid $35 a night. But i didn't feel safe in the hotel therefore decided to move after the first night. The hotel in on quiet street and that make it very difficult to get taxi to tuktuk at night.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were quiet. Furnishings were basic and a bit tired, but adequate. Breakfast was good. The location was excellant -- close to all attractions, but on a quiet back street. This hotel represents excellent value for the budget traveller.

I was in Mombasa and stayed at the Hotel for two nights. The location was great - near Fort Jesus, and near the financial district. The hotel is nothing spectacular, but the rooms are clean and quiet. The restaurant is good, but the breakfast is nothing special. During ramadan you may be woken by the mosque located across the street.

The staff was very friendly. The amenities were great!!. It was very clean. The location is great!! Its right in the heart of Mombasa and close to the historical landmark Fort Jesus. I will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in town.
