On business I had the privilege of staying at The Norfolk for in total 37 nights. I found the hotel facilities, people, dining, general atmosphere all excellent. “Countryside hotel in the centre of Nairobi”

Lovely charming hotel, the greenery courtyard gives relaxing feeling. Building and decoration reflects the history of the hotel. Service is excellent, I stayed in specious room facing courtyard, recently renovated. Restaurants serve good food. It is quite hotel in the center of busy Nairobi.

“Quiet place after being out and about in Nairobi all day”

I stayed here on a work trip 8 nights in Nairobi, it was a perfect location and hotel to return to in the evenings after being out all day for work. The hotel restaurants are alright if you are staying in for the evening. The room was lovely and spacious with a view on the inside courtyard.
